We have heard from triathletes wanting to use their events as another outstanding way to support the A Long Swim mission of raising funds for ALS research. We loved that suggestion, so we put together a sponsorship program and we are seeking triathletes to sponsor. Sponsored triathletes will receive a full selection of exclusively branded A Long Swim triathlon gear and other top benefits as they raise funds and expand the reach of this unique nonprofit.

In exchange for donating or raising $1,500 for A Long Swim, a sponsored triathlete will receive:

  • Exclusive tri top and tri shorts with A Long Swim logo and branding, made by Pactimo.
  • Exclusive training shell jacket with the A Long Swim logo and branding, also made by Pactimo.
  • Paid registration for the triathlon of the athlete’s choice (if already paid, the athlete will be reimbursed).
  • A custom website for peer-to-peer fundraising

In exchange for raising $5,000 for A Long Swim, a sponsored triathlete will receive:

  • All of the items above
  • Specialized triathlon training at a value of $1,000,

In exchange for raising $10,000 for A Long Swim, a sponsored triathlete will receive:

  • All of the items above
  • Paid registration for any triathlon in North America that you choose.

A Long Swim is a 501(c)(3) with the goal of using open water and marathon swimming to raise awareness and funds for collaborative ALS research. Our teams have swum the English Channel, Catalina Channel, the Ka’iwi Channel, and circumnavigated the Island of Manhattan. In addition to these successful open water marathon swims, we now sponsor triathletes across the United States.
