The weather conditions for the A Long Swim – Tower Road Beach – Lake Michigan – Winnetka Event on Sunday, August 5 were perfect. Air temps were 75-85, water temps in the low 70’s, zero rain. The wind was projected to be 5-10 knots from the southwest, which should lead to minimal waves. And the turnout was great!
